About pine financial group
Pine Financial Group is a private real estate lending and investment firm founded in 2008 that specializes in customized real estate financing solutions for professional real estate investors, developers, and builders. The firm focuses on transactions that traditional banks often cannot accommodate, including acquisitions, renovations, bridge loans, and construction financing. Pine’s underwriting and investment philosophy is rooted in real-world real estate experience, disciplined risk management, and a focus on helping investors close deals efficiently and successfully.
Pine offers a broad range of loan products, including rehabilitation loans, high-LTV acquisition loans, hybrid leverage structures, bridge financing, construction loans, and short-term capital solutions for competitive acquisitions. The firm is known for its hands-on, collaborative approach, working closely with borrowers from origination through funding to structure loans that align with project timelines and exit strategies.
In addition to lending, Pine provides private investment opportunities through its real estate debt funds, which focus on senior, first-lien mortgage positions designed to generate consistent income and capital preservation. Across its platform, Pine emphasizes transparency, alignment of interests, and long-term relationships with both borrowers and investors.
