This Privacy Policy explains how Colorado RECON LLC (“Colorado RECON,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
- WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect only the personal information necessary to operate our membership community, communicate with you, and improve the Site. Specifically:
- Name, email address, and mailing address you provide when you register, subscribe, or contact us.
- IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and date and time of your visit, collected automatically when you browse the Site.
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies used to remember your preferences, analyze Site traffic, and support our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some Site features may not work properly if you disable them.

- Send you newsletters, event announcements, membership updates, and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email.
- Process event registrations and membership transactions.
- Respond to your questions and requests.
- Improve the Site’s content, functionality, and user experience.
- Analyze Site traffic and usage patterns.
- Protect against fraud and unauthorized access.
- WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following categories of service providers who help us operate the business:
- GoHighLevel (GHL) — our CRM and marketing automation platform, which stores member records and sends communications on our behalf.
- Email service providers — used to deliver newsletters and promotional messages.
- Payment processors — used to handle membership dues and event registration fees. We do not store your credit card or bank account information on our systems.
- Website hosting and analytics providers — used to host the Site and analyze traffic (for example, Google Analytics).
These service providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide their services to us. We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Colorado RECON, our members, or others.
- COOKIES AND TRACKING
We use cookies and similar technologies to recognize returning visitors, analyze traffic, and support marketing efforts. Some cookies are placed by third-party services we use, such as Google Analytics. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. We do not guarantee that we will honor Do-Not-Track browser signals at this time.
- YOUR RIGHTS UNDER COLORADO LAW
If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) gives you the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to know. You can ask us to confirm whether we are processing your personal data and request access to that data.

- Right to delete. You can ask us to delete personal data we have collected from you.

We retain your personal information for as long as your membership is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you request deletion of your data, we will honor that request except where retention is required by law or necessary to complete a pending transaction.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
