Event Registration Cancellation Policy

Up to 14 Days Before Event: Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days before the event date.

• • Full Refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be granted on cancellations received within this two-week timeframe.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing by emailing membership@coloradorecon.com.
  • Refunds generally take five to seven (5 to 7) business days to process and return to your account.

Up to 7 Days Before Event: Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the event date.

• • 50% refunds minus a 10% administrative fee will be granted on cancellations received within this one-week timeframe.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing by emailing membership@coloradorecon.com.
  • Refunds generally take five to seven (5 to 7) business days to process and return to your account.

Up to 72 Hours Prior: Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before the class date.

• • 25% refunds minus a 10% administrative fee will be granted on cancellations received within this 48-hour timeframe.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing by emailing membership@coloradorecon.com.
  • Refunds generally take five to seven (5 to 7) business days to process and return to your account

72 Hours and Less, Prior to Event:  Non-Refundable (but you may transfer to another attendees name).

Membership & Renewal Refund Policy

Membership and renewal are the sole responsibility of the individual to monitor and manage. If you did not wish to renew your membership, please email membership@coloradorecon.com.

If your membership was processed due to oversight:

• • please know that Colorado RE•CON will honor a refund up to 30 days past renewal
  • please note, a 10% administrative fee will be applied to the total refund, and the balance will be issued
  • It generally takes five to seven business days for the refund to appear in your account upon refund

Use of Video & Photography Likeness

By registering for events, you here by give Colorado RE•CON, its clients, agents, and assigns full permission to use, publish and copyright photographic images, film images, video images, sound recordings, and any reproductions from these materials of yourself and/or your property or any part thereof, either in conjunction with or without using your name, and make changes or alterations therein and/or alterations thereto Worldwide in perpetuity. Some places these images and recordings may be used and posted include, but are not limited to, the Internet, emails, social media, etc.
